To celebrate World Egg Day on 11 October – and because we love a naughty start to the day – we’ve come up with a list of cafés and restaurants that do one of our favourite things with eggs: poach them, stack them with bacon or salmon on an English muffin, and smother them in glossy, rich hollandaise sauce.
