Terrible service. My husband had a piece of filter paper in his coffee. Even though the shop was not very busy, we were told that our food was taking longer than usual because of some sort of kitchen delay. My husband's burger arrived cold, my ceasar salad arrived with no dressing. We sat for ages waiting for the waiter to clear our plates and bring the bill, finally just got up to ask for the bill at the counter. Turns out the waiter went on a lunch break. Wanted to complain to the manager, couldn't because he went on a smoke break and wasn't around.

Today was about the fourth time of going to Mellisa's.the service was the same as the other times,diabolical.The food this time was dreadful,my wife had corn chips with three types of dips,the platter of chips came accompanied by three small dip bowls one with crushed avo and chopped tomato,one with sour cream and the other empty,after complaining 10 mins after the bowl came back with pickled veg inside.I had homemade beef burger all I can say is it was the worst burger I have eve tasted the chef could never have tasted this,I waited for the bill to come thinking I had ordered the veg burger because the had no taste of beef what so ever.Never again
