If there was an option to select a zero out of five I would definitely choose the zero. Reserved and paid a reservation fee for 7 people and upon making the reservation the lady I spoke with communicated that what ever amount left over after our dining experience would then be refunded to me. Upon arriving my friends and I decided that we would only have cocktails and oysters then leave. We then received the most rude and undermining white man who throughout the conversation either didn’t know answers to our questions or insinuated that what we were telling was not the truth. After failing to answer our questions he then bought a man by the name of Washington to our table who promised the refund would be processed. That was the 7th of October. Receiving my refund has been a hassle and a total disaster as I am still waiting till this day for them to provide me with concrete answer as to when I will be receiving my refund. I keep on making phone calls and I’m thrown with empty promises.

At The Vue Sky Bar they take pride in their exquisite tapas, inspired by international flavours and served stylishly with a mind to being shared over a drink among friends old or new or even solo! Walked in and was welcomed by the beautiful Stephanie who was more than eager to ensure that I was seated! Because it was such a hot Saturday it was difficult for me to sit out in the sun even though I was dying to but could not risk losing my #yellowbone status for anything! Managed go get a seat inside with the help of the amazing Washington who handed me over to one of the most incredible waiters I have ever come across in CapeTown! His name is Dean people. Take note! Dean is the epitome of best brand ambassador. He is present yet not over bearing . Appears at just the right times and does not cross any of the service boundaries . For me the ability to maintain engagement with customers on a friendly note without overstepping the line is very important no matter how friendly I am to you . Which I find is something most waiters struggle with. I ordered three different options from the tapas menu and the prawn option being Dean's recommendation was super and my fave! Turns out I was not so hungry after all so could not finish the food #sadface but took it home, which to my dismay someone had decided it best to pack it with the sauces (not separated) which needless to say... I could not eat and I have no dogs and I hate food waste. So highly recommend that where there is sauces rather pack them on a separate container! Overall great service , good food and it always help when you have a waiter who knows his gin!  After all what's Saturdaying without #gintonic . #inverroche to be specific.
