I go to Tony's quite often with family and friends and have always enjoyed it. On Saturday 2nd July however, we were made to feel like we really did not matter and felt like second class citizens. Even worse was the lack of service recovery from management who seemed quite unphased by our complaint. We left without having dinner and feeling quite dissapointed with Tony's in general.
