Nice pub, great vibe and their food is amazing to go with the litters of their good craft beers ! ( nice snacky type of food)
The decor is quite impressive and the service is good, with a friendly staff open to discussion and efficient.

The Striped Horse Bar & Grill has opened up its doors in York Road in Muizenberg, joining the ranks of new and exciting restaurants currently enjoying a regeneration of this iconic area.
The Bar & Grill is located on York Road in a building with yesteryear’s feel. The interior captures the essence of the street and building perfectly, and you have to walk no further than the floral bordello couches to make yourself at home and outstay your welcome. Ice cold craft beer in hand washing down a tasty prego, or Karoo lamb chops, with the salty air breezing in from the ocean on the other side of the railway tracks.
If you want to call it arty, eclectic or just plain Indie – they don’t mind – just come and experience the heartbeat of The Striped Horse.
