The service was terrible. The waitress did not attend to our table. She only came every twenty minutes and when it was time to clear our plates, she walked past more than 3 times. She did not bring us the correct order and when we informed her, she gave us an attitude. the ambience is good but what's the point of good ambience without good service.

The ambience is perfect. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a fun night out with friends. Menu is too pricy for terrible service that one gets. I waited an hour to have my plate cleared even though my cutlery was visibly crossed on the plate. The food was also cold. Do yourself a favor and rather go to Signature just down the road.

Visited the San Deck in January this year (2015). The experience was disappointing and the service below average. For the price I would definitely not recommend the San Deck.

Have been here before and had a great time. But service and attention has gone down the tubes. Very disappointing experience 15/12/2014.. On arrival we discovered that our table has been given away, although I told the person I booked through that we will have a drink before joining the table for dinner. They took us to a different table put the menus down and walked away without any comment. We sat and waited for 20min, one of the managers happen to walk past to another table, I told him that we have been sitting there for 20min, no service not even an offer of a glass of water, he didnt really care at all and walked away. So we got up and left. Unfortunately the great ambience does not make up for VERY DISAPPOINTING service, not sure if the food is still worth it. So I would most certainly not reccomend the San Deck restaurant to anybody for the price you pay you want service. .
