I have been a loyal customer at the center and more so and the Fruit and Veg at the center. Today I had the worst experience and I will not put anymore of my money there again. I was given attitude and bad service at the till point by a gentleman I have had a similar encounter with on escalating this to the floor manager whose name is Elk/Elf he said he is also part owner of the store and can not get to the bottom of the incident or give me an apology because he is still busy on the floor. As he said this he gave me attitude so much that I felt that the attitude is that the customer is not always right and they should take their money elsewhere if they dont like it. Its a 'this is what it is attitude we wont fix it nor hear you or more off apologise because we know you need us more'. I think that this a bad service and there is no excuse for bad service at all not colour not race not the amount of money you bring in to the shop. We pay money when we buy there and we should be treated with dignity and respect. The said manager then walked away from me throwing his hands in the air. I had every right to be upset ,I am very disappointed as I think this is one of the best vegetable wholesalers in the North however I will not trade my dignity its not worth it. I will not go back to the fruit and veg and I will tell everyone I know because I am sure there will be more incidents
