Lime Tree Cafe is a hidden gem in Bergvliet! Owned by well known foodie Graham Shapiro (who is ex River Cafe and Blue Water Cafe at Imhoff Farm), has done a superb job. With its cosy interior and lovely outdoor patio area for summer and plenty of parking as well as a place to park your bicycle, it is a great choice to come here as a family or with friends. The food is as delicious as it looks. 10/10 for presentation. Breakfasts are delicious and are a visual feast too! Eggs Benedict is so good and if you are Banting there is a Banting option which is also super and tasty. We have been for lunches too and it doesn't disappoint. On one occasion we came for lunch and really wanted a Caesar salad which was not on the menu. Two salads were specially made for us with the most delicious authentic Caesar dressing. Dinners have not disappointed at all, we had dinner the other night and everyone enjoyed their meals which consisted of the prawn curry, ABC Burgers, steaks etc every one absolutely delicious. We can't wait to move closer to this restaurant and make it our local go to place, it deserves to be on the foodie map. Their pizzas are also incredible and with thin crispy bases and wonderful mouthwatering toppings it makes choosing your meal at Lime Tree a difficult choice! But you can always return. it truly is a fantastic restaurant...just wish they were open a bit later in the evenings....

Lime Tree is a firm favourite - the interior is warm, elegantly simple and inviting; the food is truly delicious with amazing combinations that totally tantalise (and they are not shy with their portions!) ... their coffee deserves a mention too. Highly recommended!

I am a resident of the area and seen restaurants come and go. Lime tree is a keeper! A friendly relaxing environment, serving fresh delicious food. Lime tree is one of the few place that can still make a beautiful creamy buttery twangy hollandaise! Perfect for catch up sessions with my friends or mommy/daughter brunching! Lime tree, I enjoy your refreshing honesty!
