My review from November seems to have vanished??? Truth difficult to handle?? Kim
The fresh salads are rotten. Arrogant hostess.

Horrible! Honestly, the worst service I've possibly ever experienced. People didn't receive food at all, they brought starters after the main courses, one half of our group was completely done with their food before the other half had received the few starters that were actually delivered. On top of all of it, when we spoke to the manager about it, she didn't apologize at all or try to make it right. And, in the middle of the meal, we could hear her screaming at her staff in a fully abusive manner. Cape Town has way too many fabulous restaurants to waste your time or money here!

What a huge disappointment. We ordered the Fois gras which was way too creamy and lacked flavour. The mains were even more disappointing. The jus had a bitter taste and was reduced way too much. The rosti was soggy. The fillet was over cooked. The nut crusted springbok was not a crust at all and the croissant flan was tasteless and dry. When you charge a R160 for a main please make sure you are serving 5 star food. The only thing good was the decor and service.
