We had dinner at Floreal on Saturday night - what a rare find it was. Beautiful setting (rustic yet pretty) and so serenely peaceful. With Creedance Clearwater Revival playing in the background, sitting under a verandah - and the food! Explosions of flavour, well presented and so reasonably priced. The 18 hour prepared pork belly was a smashing hit, ordered by 2 of our guests. I had the special of the evening, short rib - oh it was succulent! Our visitors from Jo'burg were so delighted, especially when the bill came. Eaton mess for dessert - my favourite from my time spent working in England. I crooned my way through it! Chocolate Don Pedro a first - to be repeated. You have to try it. I am about to book again!
