Biggest and best burgers in town. Such a variety that there will be something for everyone. Absolutely loved it. Great food, great service and absolutely awesome vibe. The place to be from Monday to Sunday.

Had a bad experience at bosa nova durbanville, the place istself is great but the management is pathetic. On fathers day the 19th june 2016 my family amd i went to celebrate fathers day, placed our order at 19:10 and at 20:00 our food still has not arrived. The best part is the place was dead quite, no more that 6-8 tables in the whole place occupied. Our jelepeno poppers took 30 min to arrive and it was ice cold. My fiance rated it best poppers shes had, just to be disapointed for themain course. The manager on duty did not even have the decency to apologise. Once i complained he sed he wil go see whats happening with our order, i told him i dont want the food anymore and im leaving, i had cancelled my order. He came back and just instructed the waitron to remove the items off our bill and then went about his work behind his pc. No apology nothing. Pethetic and they have just lost a customer and wil not be getting any word of mouth from us.

Went to Bossa Nova last night, bar lady was too busy chatting to friends to serve us. Eventually called her, brought our four drinks in 5 min intervals, as her friends and other customers were clearly more important. Spoke to a manager, who apologised, he said he would personally take our orders. All 4 of the meals were incorrect, but I was told not to worry because what they brought us was better. The gm told us he would place us in the care of his best server as long as we tip him well. Not a cent discount for 4 incorrect meals and terrible service. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
