Saddest birthday dinner I had oh wait didn't have. We literally watched 2 couples come in after us, have their meal and leave us behind, in the same breath the manager insisted our order is on time. 45 minutes to get a simple starter with our son's main meal. When we asked for a bill for our drinks, starter and son's main meal voila your order is ready. Manager kept on saying my husband is being aggressive walked away from the table, all the waitrons that were supposedly serving us disappeared. The only two people that had nothing to do with our table were the only ones that had the heart to apologise. We have been dining at BAOBAB WONDERBOOM for years and they decide to give attention to the one table that they will probably see next year again whereas the loyal patriots like ourselves NEGLECTED. I spit on the CAUCASIAN manager I salute the You Flex for trying.

We have always enjoyed coming to dine at the establishment. The service is always exceptionally good. Tonight it was sadly not that exceptional for us. There were a number of group bookings and our waitor was serving us and one of the larger table. She evidently gave more attention to the large table to a point that our meals arrived a lot late. The manager in charge insisted that our food was out in time but that was not our expirience. As indicated before we have been to this establishment many a times and have never experienced such. Sadly the manager was adamant that the order was out on time and was not really interested in what we had to say. I doubt we will ever return to this establishment.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the cuisine with your friends and family...

The best restaurant to be. Always have celebrations at the place, wether is work related or anniversary it’s always the number one spot I think of. I love the food and found my favorite meal with their creamy spinach is the best. My partner love the garlic roll, no place like Boabob garlic bread.
