The ama-lekkerlicious

Sweet peach and cranberry are balanced with tangy bitters in this lekker, local cocktail recipe. The cocktail, created by Kurt Schlechter, won the 2011 FHM SA Brandy Competition.

Ingredients

A whisky glass, dipped in sherbet
25ml brandy
12.5ml peach syrup
50ml cranberry juice
1 bar spoon of lemon juice
3 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

Muddle, shake and strain. Garnish orange sherbet lip on the side of the glass with orange twist.
