Fresh strawberries with chocolate dip
A speedy summer dessert, this is a slightly wicked chocolate dip from strawberry farm, Redberry Farm.
Ingredients
Method
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or a bain-marie and cool slightly. Add the egg yolks slowly and mix well. Fold in the brandy and cream. Chill.
Skewer the strawberries onto toothpicks and serve with the chocolate sauce for dipping.
