Amarula sunset peak

The perfect creamy drink for bushveld sunsets.

Serves: 1

Ingredients

80ml Amarula

4 drops violet essence

30ml Bain’s Cape Mountain Whisky

a pinch freshly grated orange zest

violet flowers

a twirl of orange peel

crushed ice

Method

Pour all the ingredients into a champagne flute pre-filled with crushed ice. Swizzle with a spoon. Garnish with freshly picked violet flowers and/or a twirl of orange zest.
