In Eat Out’s inaugural The Art of Food boutique event, guests were taken on a culinary odyssey like no other.
In partnership with headline sponsor Lexus, the event at the Dylan Lewis Sculpture Garden in Stellenbosch embodied the essence of sustainable luxury. The curated menu, crafted by acclaimed Eat Out 3-star chefs Ryan Cole of Salsify at the Roundhouse and Johannes Richter from The LivingRoom at Summerhill Estate, celebrated locally sourced ingredients while showcasing a strong commitment to sustainable practices.
