Eat Out Woolworths Restaurant Awards chief judge Abigail Donnelly is joined in the kitchen by Chan Pillay, Woolworths Foods Commercial Director, to whip up a lip-smacking lasagne with a roasted cauliflower salad and something sweet that you won’t be able to resist (yes, there may be Chuckles involved!).

Chan is passionate about sourcing the best ingredients and says: “It’s all about our customers and people out there who really love food.”
