Chef David Higgs is at it again, this time bringing his much-celebrated Marble restaurant to Cape Town. Set to open its doors on 1 December at the V&A Waterfront, Marble Cape Town’s arrival in the Mother City has been highly anticipated by Cape Town foodies and fans of the Marble Hospitality Group.
