What’s the best dessert you’ve ever eaten? The rich, dark chocolate fondant from 95 Keerom, Peppermint Crisp forest with caramel and peppermint mousse from 9th Avenue Bistro, or carrot semifreddo with carrot fudge sauce and a cinnamon macaroon from DW Eleven-13? Eat Out, in association with Monis Fortified Wines, is in search of SA’s favourite desserts and the restaurants that make them.
Over the next three months we’ll be collecting your votes. Cast a vote for your favourite and you could win R500, plus a mixed case of sherry that includes three bottles of Monis Medium Cream, three bottles of Monis Pale Dry and three bottles of Monis Full Cream. The sweet treat voted as SA’s favourite dessert and the three lucky prize winners will be announced in October.
