Hacienda serves up a modern take on Mexican cuisine. On arrival you’re served with their freshly made totopos (tortilla chips) served along with three mother sauces – pasta de frijol (spiced black bean sauce), salsa verde (green tomatillo sauce) and adobo Oaxaca (red adobo rub sauce).
