Enjoy a three-course set menu that delivers so much more than meets the eye. The chefs will start you off with a springbok carpaccio amuse bouche. Next, choose your starter from a selection of delectable offerings like the duck breast salad, the line fish ceviche or the pork bonbons. Your main course choices are between the succulent lamb, Norwegian Salmon, the brilliant beef fillet or one of the most amazing vegetarian offerings, the scrumptious onion tarte tatin. Dessert is a gourmand’s dream of dark chocolate ganache and Tonka bean sponge or Crêpes Suzette with orange and vanilla pod ice cream.
