I would like to nominate Cape Mountain Charcuterie. They were based very briefly at the Root 44 market, and offered top quality charcuterie and cured meats, which reminded me very strongly of the beautiful markets and top quality charcuterie in Barcelona, Spain. These guys are definitely worth a nomination!
