My husband ordered flowers for my birthday, to be delivered as a surprise. I received a call at 2pm, to organise a delivery before 5pm. The order clearly was processed the day before, and I could not understand why such a short notice as for the delivery. We used other services before, and even if I was not home or at the office, it has never been an issue to get the flowers delivered. I contacted Hugo to share my disappointment over the logistics (and the fact that my husband paid for delivery although I ended up going to a near by shop to pick it up myself), and his only answer was that he can not ask the staff to work 24/7. In no way this was what I suggested, rather to get better organised on the logistics for delivery. I was very disappointed by the lack of customer friendliness of the answer. Luckily, flowers don't lie and they indeed were beautiful. But it s always so much better to receive them with a smile...
