Litchi, vanilla bean and yoghurt ice pops

Sweet, tart litchis make a deliciously different flavour for frozen yoghurt.

Serves: 10

Ingredients

500 ml vanilla yoghurt
20 peeled, pitted litchis
125 ml litchi juice
1 teaspoon vanilla paste

Method

Whizz all the ingredients in a liquidiser until smooth. Pour into moulds and freeze for 6 hours. Serve immediately.
