I have never been treated so terribly by a staff member as Tineke (brunette with a nose ring-very distasteful disappointment of a hostess) who made absolutely no attempt patch up their mistake of loosing my booking which is a mistake that no restaurant can afford to make and when it does happen every effort should be made to correct the wrong doing. Instead I was approached with a disgusting attitude and was turned away to drive an hour just to get treated badly! the worst part is that I have heard the same story from every one that I shared this with so La Trattoria is renowned for this and I don't want more people to keep having this bad experience!

Beautiful setting with great food and service.

Very disappointed with our food. Had to send my fish back, fish was raw, and the ostrich was served 'blue'. As a chef myself it was very disappointing, venue magnificent.
