German foods are as varied as the landscapes at this establishment. Traditional German cuisine is rich and some may say heavy, but it is tasty and delicious. It is believed that fat in food is the medium to carry flavor but a major change came with the "organic" movement (which we call Öko) and new lighter dishes are the new order of the day.
They love fresh vegetables and salads and do not live on sauerkraut and sausages. Knödel (dumplings) accompanies many meals, and Spätzle is another favorite side dish.
Happy Hour happens daily from 5 pm to 7 pm with Draft Beer at R25 each, Schnitzel at R60.
