The Fat Aubergine is an extension of what they do and believe…..fresh. They source the finest smoked salmon, locally grown herbs and veges, Cape cheeses, Dargle Valley trout and pork products from the Drakensberg. These become delicious tarts, salads, wraps and much more. Their aim is to feed people food which they themselves love to eat.
