Strada Cucina is an Italian Restaurant in Umhlanga New Town Centre open for Breakfast and Lunch daily and Dinner from Tuesday to Saturday. Whether you looking to enjoy a breakfast pan or potato rosti breakfast, a delicious wood oven roasted baby chicken, tasty pasta or one of Strada's speciality wood fired thin crust pizzas with mouth-watering toppings. Come pop in and pay us a visit at our Umhlanga Ridge store.

When I feel like eating out? Strada. When I feel like staying in? Strada! (I order on Uber Eats.) I discovered this gem at the start of 2020. It's a really sweet corner spot. It's casual but also kinda trendy. You can eat inside, outside on the couches, or on the pavement. It's effortlessly aesthetic. I might even have my 24th birthday there. It's become my go-to pizza place. And also breakfast spot! My favourite pizza is the pancetta, and I add feta. But they're all good. Like, seriously good.

Tried this new spot for a girls dinner last night - food was excellent (I recommend the baby chicken) and service was attentive. It was quiet for a Tuesday but that is the norm in Durban. I'd recommend to management that they invest in larger water jugs for the tables. Otherwise, would definitely visit again, it was great.
