Biggest Dissapointment EVER!!
I am not usuaslly one to complain, but man I am sooooo P*&t!! We get there and we have no waiter, 5 minutes later our drinks order gets taken and we once again wait for that. I order drinks and food for our kiddies, the food gets to the table BEFORE their drinks! Eventually their WARM coke arrives. We had to look for our waiter the whole time and ended up giving our orders to the manager! Just to clarify they were NOT busy at all!! There were 6 or 7 tables occupied at the most! My husband places an order for the T-bone & Wings combo,our food comes and we only got T-bones, the waiter only shows up after we've eaten, I tell her that we would like to know where our wings are and she states that my husband did not order any wings, I tell her he ordered the T-bone and wings and she says NO thats NOT what he asked for, I asked her if I should tell him he is lying about what he ordered and she says he NEVER said wings, which BTW had NO basting or sauce and except for all the feathers we had to pluck off it was bone dry!!!! ***??? The manager comes with a total different attitude and says they are making our wings and if we want something else or the bill. I mean REALLY! After he complained that they are very quiet now a days because Spur's price increase and the construction going on there, don't you think the customers would be treated better???
