I'm sorry but Spur's quality has gotten worse. It's quite sad really since it's been my favourite place since I was a child. I think the problem here is the new staff and management. First of all the new manager of Spur is pompous and rude! His attitude just rubbed me the wrong way and he talks too much, he acts more like a 'kid' than a manager which is HIGHLY unprofessional in my opinion. The waiters here are tardy with their orders and secondly the quality of the food is poor! I ordered a burger and the patty was hard like charcoal and raw in the inside! The chips were cold and mushy, not crunchy at all. Another time my sister ordered a salad and there was a worm in it! I'd rather stay at home and make something myself than eat here! Spares me the money rather than wasting it on this junk. My goodness what has happened to Malmesbury Spur?
