This restaurant has always been ontop of its game. I remember when I was a student at the University of Pretoria from 2011 and we’d always go there for their delightful student specials. The service and staff members were always great. I recently visited the restaurant and the service was on par. The waitress was friendly and ensured that we had a great dining experience. The physical appearance was appealing, the toilets were clean, there were visible sanitizers, everyone had their masks on, tables well layout, the lighting was clear and the music was soothing. When coming to the food, the meals were delicious, well cooked and well presented. Succulent steaks, crispy chicken and yummy pizzas. The milkshake was out of the work. I’m even surprised I did not have lactose intolerant symptoms after. I rate this restaurant 5 because they are going the extra mile and it’s visible. I’m definitely coming back to relive my varsity year.

An all time favourite ?, the staff is so helpful and the food is always amazing

The service was good,everything was just phenomenal.It is probably one of the best in the Spur group of restaurants. It is big enough and the layout is just right. There is always someone to greet you at the door with a smile and the waiters are all friendly.And,not forgetting the food.Oh my word! They have the best steak and ribs ever,they make you to come back for more.The food is always good, better than any other Spur for some reason. You always know what you are going to get. This is one of the best places to go with your family,the last time i went was on my birthday on the 8th of September.It was the best experience ever,the waiters sang for me and I literally shed tears. I LOVE SPUR HATFIELD!
