Disappointed! Have always enjoyed your restaurant in Florida Road and wanted to give your new Durban North restaurant a try; but your rigid policy of not taking table reservations indicates that you quite obviously do not want or need my business and therefore I will be going to my current favourite Italian restaurant in Durban North/Glenashley - Mama Luciana who do take table reservations despite being more than double the size and very busy. If you ever hope to emulate their success, I strongly suggest that you revisit your no table reservation policy.
