I complained about my Thai green curry being watery (basically it was green coloured water). The waiter informed the manageres but we got no feedback. Eventually my husband had to ask for feedback and she confirmed that is was too watery but that was the way it was received from head office and she's informed the chef that he should try and reduce the watery consistancy on other meals - what ever happened to customer satisfaction??? So we complained, they admitted to being at fault and serving a sub standard meal but we were still expected to pay full price?? Honestly this place use to have top service and food! Management is terrible the waiters have no interest being there... The only good thing is the sushi. This is the 5 th time I've had terrible food there!!!

We regularly go to Simply Asia as we love the food and this one is our closest so we keep going there for the great food. However, the service at this particular branch is terrible every time. Wish they can sort it out.
