We call it quirky place and have had family and friends enjoy the braai vleis,
Pap, sous and wors, pizza, chicken salad. The best is the rooster koek, that is the 4 stars.

They can become a little flustered in high season but then the Gauties must realise this is slown town country. The ambiance is great, with the sun setting behind the hills, the kids in the river and cool drinks on the banks of the river and on the deck.
