This restaurant has such unique concept and feel to it and would have been a great place to spend a Sunday afternoon watching the Moto GP but the chef at Rim and Rubber will make anyone want to steer clear. The food preparation area is open plan and the chef, who clearly has a temper of note, feels nothing to swear and shout at his staff creating a very tense atmosphere. He has no respect for his peers and this just puts such a negative vibe in an otherwise enjoyable place. And the food was very mediocre. The wait staff were great though, eager to help but also affected by the attitude of the chef. Such a pity!
