Osteria Rossa makes their own dough from imported Italian “00” flour to achieve a consistent 12% protein content, and offer a choice between classic Napolitano-style and thin crust pizzas.
Their Parma, salami, artichokes, olives and sundried tomatoes are all imported from Italy. Their pizzas are made in the Pizza Al Taglio style, referring to their rectangular shape, and they come in Piccolo, Medio or Grande (which gives a whopping 24 slices of pizza).
As far as toppings go, the Zuma is topped with mozzarella, tomato, basil, chicken, mushroom and avocado, the Nizza has pesto, brie, sundried tomato and mushrooms, the Zidane has mozzarella, tomato, basil, brie and caramelised onion, and the Messico mozzarella, tomato, basil, Bolognese and chilli.
