Orinoco started as a catering business called “Constantia Cuisine” back in 2008. Through hard work, dedication and perseverance, it was soon transformed into a well-known restaurant in Cape Town. Now, Orinoco is in Johannesburg satisfying even the most demanding foodies.

​Orinoco Flavours, Mexican Kitchen is an Authentic Latin American cuisine, using fresh ingredients and serving food from the platter of cultural wealth. They provide an international experience of flavour in their dishes for Lunch, Dinners, private events, Team Building, parties of all occassions, and corporate events.

Orinoco Restaurant’s Venezuelan Chef, Migdalia combines fresh, local, and unique ingredients; she has created a range of flavours that capture the essence of Latin America and set it apart from what is available until now.
Since 2023, Orinoco’s has been based at the Pour House Shed 7, at Prison Break Market, in Glenferness, Johannesburg. (between Kyalami and Lonehill), We are open from Wed to Sun from 11:30am

Chef Migdalia wants to share more about her experience and introduce more playful dishes surrounding Latin Flavours. She holds cooking demonstrations on the first Thursday of every month, where she wants people to learn more about Mexican and Latin American food and rich culture. It’s all in the fun, whether its Girls night out, Team building or even date night, come and join in while sipping on your favorite Cocktail/Mocktail.
