hi owner or management of mugg and bean in sun city we visit sun city at least once a month about 8 to 14 people and since u open we find your service extremely poor firstly we only have coffee and muffins because your food is not halaal secondly your sandwiches are toasted on the same toaster which you toast your meat products there is only one toaster according to your staff this weekend we had muffins which was not baked properly the waiters take forever to come firstly to take your order and it takes close to an hour for them to bring you coffee,no proper management .I only suggest as you can see majority of your customers is Indians or muslims why not cater halaal products so everyone could eat the non muslims as well u will have more customers and off course your turnover will double or triple please consider the proposal but u neeed to jack up your staff as soon as possible otherwise business will drop thanks N.Hassen contact 0833070602
