Great seafood restaurant.

Average food. Disappointing service.

They say a person generally spends there for average 2.5 hours, that’s not out of choice, this is if you are lucky enough to receive your food!! Could not care less attitude - and when you get the bill after not eating anything they try and over charge you with items you did not order

We decided to go to Lemon Butta at Willowbridge last night instead of our usual outing to De Kelder. I suggested it because the Lemon Butta in Hermanus was amazing. The one at Willowbridge however is a different story. We took our own bottle of wine. A waiter took us to a table and brought glasses for us. That is where the service ended. We finished the whole bottle of wine and didn't even have menus yet. I called a random waiter over and asked him for menus. We waited for a very long time and still no waiter came to get our drink or food orders. We decided to leave but on our way out no one even asked us why...we felt really ignored. I will never go back there again. Worst service I've had in a long time.... or should I say non existent service.
