Our mission is to make everyone’s day just a bit brighter, a bit sweeter, a bit more awesome. Because we are a small batch churnery, we can control every aspect of the process and customize flavours unendingly into superior quality, uniquely flavoured ice cream: Garden Mint & Chocolate Chip, Local Craft Brew Aegir Project Porter & Chocolate Covered Pretzels, Dry Roasted Salted Caramel, Peanut Butter Cream with Homemade Peanut Butter Truffles- the possibilities are endless and there is always a new ingredient or flavour combination to experiment with (yippee! yay! YAY!). In the kitchen adjoining our Noordhoek scoop shop, we make everything that goes into our ice cream from scratch, whether it’s brownies, cookies, jams, peanut brittle, marshmallows, or the buttery oat streusel. We do this with love and attention to the smallest details, because it tastes fabulous that way, and fabulous ice cream = happiness = mission accomplished.
