Went to the Gateway Krispie Kreme with my hubby and our nieces and nephews on Saturday 20-07-2019. From our order we had great service literally service with a smile. We were there with kiddies and obviously the loved everything about the place watching the donuts even being prepared but what really caught my attention on obviously having my hands full i didnt get to say thank you because as we were about to leave one of the friendly staff came out with a fresh pack on donuts already packed and said compliments of our manager to say thank you for your support. IT REALLY PUT A SMILE IN MINE AND MY HUBBY'S HEART CAUSE WE WERE JUST DOING A GOOD DEED AND IT MADE IT ALL THE MORE SPECIAL!!! SO the biggest Thank you

Went to the gateway krispy kreme On sunday5-8-2018.had downloaded the new krispy kreme app and read:Rosebank and Gateway have what is called a Hot light and it means that the donuts are coming off the pass and if you are in the area then you go in and get free donuts...i was appalled by the team at gateway.they made me look like a complete idiot.the manager looked at me as though i was from another planet.took me outside and asked me which sign i was talking about!..but by then the sign had obviously been put off!..this is false advertising as i never received free donuts and the staff pretended to know nothing about it!
