My family and I love going to the kong sing when we're in the mood for cultural foods. They provide quality service and their food is out of this world. If you want traditional chinese flavours, the Kong Sing is definitely the best place to go.

Being Chinese I am seriously disappointed. While the staff, management and the restaurant ambience is pleasant, I would not call it authentic Chinese. Firstly I received my rice in a little mound. Chinese or any Asian for that matter don't serve rice like this, not on the same plate as the meat dish. We ordered calamari, sweet and sour sauce came with. Not required. Again tho not unpleasant, not Chinese. Sizzling chicken was "ok". Noodles were terrible more akin to soggy sticky overcooked spaghetti. I've eaten at Kong sing many times years ago when they were authentic, they are not anymore. Visit Chinatown(either) rather

The Kong Sing has a tranquil vibe and the food is just divine. The staff are really on the go and they’re so polite. There is one thing that I love more than anything and that’s their chicken soup. If anyone can give me a recipe I would be eternally grateful!
