Management and service at this Kauai is appalling. On three separate occasions my order has either been lost or misplaced, resulting in a wait of 20 - 30 minutes for a simple meal which should take 10 minutes. Whatever you do, do not order over lunch-time, this is when the staff meets - and staff meetings are clearly far more important than customers.

Today KAUAI operates under the multi-brand food group, Real Foods (Pty) Ltd, with the mission to make healthy eating easy and accessible.
