Decided to go to Js Diner after it being there a while. Very disappointed,food was brought out cold and reheated possibly in a microwave as it turned to leather. Staff not interested in your concerns.

J's Diner prides themselves in serving authentic Mozambican Portuguese dishes. Their Portuguese chefs also serve a variety of western dishes such as steaks, burgers, salads and sandwiches. J's Diner is a family-run business with a reasonably priced menu that offers not only walk-in customers but takeaways as well.

Lived by j’s Diner for years and decided to get some takeaway from them, looked at menu on eatout and imagine my happy surprise when I order a prawn and calamari combo for 110 rand but get there and be told prices have gone up, had to pay 190 !!! Last time I will ever eat there or support eat out

I was pleasantly surprised by J's Diner! The food was good, portions were generous and service decent. The portions are big enough to share, so I recommend getting a few dishes and splitting them among the table. They also don't have a liquor license, so you can bring your own drinks without paying a corkage fee.
