John Dory's has become my Mothers favorite restaurant, I take her there quit often, the last time we went we ordered a kiddies meal but they did not have a toy for us, they took down my number and promised to give me a call once the toys are available, that did not happen, also, I called right now, I wanted to find out if I could book my Mother birthday super there, can I put up Happy Birthday Rosie, I even asked can we have just a small section for that evening, it will be a Monday and its only in August, so I called and spoke to two gentlmen, who were not helpful at all, none of them took my number down or even my name, they left me to hold for very long, I ended up putting the phone down, I was quite pissed off with that hence the complaint, I must tell you, even with all this said John Dory's in house service is top class, even though the manager forgot to call me, I can still say her service is great, she smiles she's friendly, even the watresses there are fantastic, I am just writing this as a concern, if I was in a terrible mood that little thing could have set me off, I am also in the business of customer service so I deal such complaints daily,
Please let me know about my Mom's Birthday
