We visited Hudson’s for the first time in a while and were so surprised and excited to enjoy the good food, drinks and ambience we’re used to, at such short notice.
This excitement was very short lived! From the time we sat down we received mediocre service from an extremely unattentive waitress, Nix.
Standard of the food has dropped and when we complained to the manager Jonathan (Green Point Hudson’s) he became aggressive, dismissive and did not give us an opportunity to express our opinion. He kept on cutting us off when trying to give customer feedback. Hudson’s clearly does not value feedback on customer experience if this is the person(Jonathan) that they chose to represent their brand. A big no for us after a R1600 bill, raw chicken, raw burgers , dry nachos and not a single apology from Jonathan, who’s response to his waitress asking for assistance with our complaint was “Murphy's Law”
Never again!
