They prepare their pizza crusts the same way they like their English muffins toasted: with a rich, deep shade of mahogany and a scattering of darker, charred spots here and there. It just adds character.
Then, they select a combination of fresh, ethically sourced ingredients, throw them on top of a pizza and work their holy magic. At the end of the day, all that matters is that it tastes great, right? Amen!
PS: Because of their secret recipe, their pies become more of a mouthful the cooler they get. For the best results, eat'em while they're hot .
