Yesterday the 13th March my friend and I were wishing for a good old fashion bunny chow so we visited the Springfield branch to my disappointment .it was like the disappointment was waiting for us firstly the wait was about 30 minutes and when we finally collected the bunny the cashier gives me the tray and I'm waiting for our beers she says didn't I take the beers ,I asked do you see any beer on our table ,that shows how long they took to prepare and the curry was like a you Just scrapped up the bottom because it tasted burnt just as I was going to complain I noticed in the kitchen one of the staff taking gravy out of a Lola ice cream container that just iirritated me more that they going to serve another customer .The level of customer care has dropped at this once upon a time I raced about the bunnies. I would gladly take the manager out to experience a proper bunny from Wentworth hotel and the waiting period is no longer than 10 minutes .please jack up the staff this has left a bad taste in my mouth after eating burnt mutton curry and lots of bones too. please feel free to contact me Mark 0659349956 or my brother Brent 0711144697 he never complains but yesterday he did.
