Definitely a must do experience. An attentive staff coupled to great ambiance and a class menu - the combination of dreams... The steak is always superb but the duck is my favorite. Their fish is also good and deserts a must have. Be prepared to be spoilt.

Woodlands Heat Grill Room Disaster_
Smoke, 2 hour waiting time and uncooked meat_
After making a non-smoking reservation to avoid disappointment on a busy night, we were seated by a service door opening onto the smoking area; not only could we smell the smoke the entire night, the passing of waiting staff really annoyed. After moving to another table close by, the main course was served 2 hours after arriving - so much so that the manager, without us saying a word, approached us and appologised - clearly it was not just our imagination. A steak ordered medium-rare was served blue rare, forcing us to send back the food. By this time the night was rather spoilt. The waiter insisted that we have some dessert on the house, even if only as a take away. He arrived with a different dessert stating that the dessert we ordered was finished. A truely terrible experience. Never going back again...

Nice food - however got a nasty burn from their extremely hot plates. The lemon sizzles on the plate so hot is it with the result that fish get overcooked just on the plate.
Previously complaint with the manager - he just laughed it off, not thinking I am serious.
