Grande Roche Restaurant is a grand old lady with a fresh set of pearls and vibrant lipstick. Chef Kevin’s food style is an ever evolving feeling and depends largely on the inspiration he draws at the time. He believes cooking is much more than using the best seasonal ingredients and produce. Cooking is an act of love.
He strives for a zero waste kitchen and likes to focus on local produce. There might be a few things on the menu that make you scratch your head but even though your mind might say no your mouth will say ‘CAN I HAVE SOME MORE PLEASE!’
